Las sesiones se realizar\u00e1n <strong>todos los mi\u00e9rcoles a las 12:00 del mediod\u00eda<\/strong> en la <strong>zona deportiva sur<\/strong> del campus universitario. Esta iniciativa busca fortalecer el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental de nuestros colaboradores, brindando una alternativa saludable y din\u00e1mica dentro de la jornada laboral.
