All\u00ed, se espera que los asistentes compartan ideas, aportes y propuestas que contribuyan al crecimiento colectivo y al fortalecimiento institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"post-content__span\"> La iniciativa, liderada por la <strong>Rector\u00eda<\/strong> y enmarcada en la estrategia <strong>Conexi\u00f3n UTP<\/strong>, busca garantizar que las voces del personal administrativo \u2014pieza fundamental en el funcionamiento de la universidad\u2014 sean escuchadas y valoradas en la construcci\u00f3n del futuro institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
