{"id":1604,"date":"2026-01-27T20:14:16","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T19:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vicerrectorias.utp.edu.co\/administrativa\/?p=1604"},"modified":"2026-02-05T16:59:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T15:59:56","slug":"formalizacion-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vicerrectorias.utp.edu.co\/administrativa\/formalizacion-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Formalizaci\u00f3n Laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><span class=\"post-content__span\"> El Gobierno Nacional en la vigencia anterior expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 0391 de 2025, por medio del cual&nbsp;<strong>se establecen los elementos m\u00ednimos para el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de los planes de formalizaci\u00f3n laboral en las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior Estatales u Oficiales<\/strong>, por tal raz\u00f3n,&nbsp;desde la Vicerrector\u00eda Administrativa y Financiera, se desea dar claridad a la comunidad universitaria sobre el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n en nuestra instituci\u00f3n, para lo cual se produjeron tres (3) v\u00eddeos mediante los cuales se realiza una contextualizaci\u00f3n sobre las diferentes situaciones relacionadas con la formalizaci\u00f3n laboral, as\u00ed como el proceso que adelantar\u00e1 a nivel institucional en cumplimiento de este Decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primer video: Expone informaci\u00f3n sobre la financiaci\u00f3n de la UTP y dem\u00e1s universidades p\u00fablicas, con base en las cifras del Sistema Universitario Estatal (SUE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segundo video: Explica la distribuci\u00f3n de los recursos de las universidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tercer video: Aborda el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de los planes de formalizaci\u00f3n en las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior Estatales y Oficiales, as\u00ed como el enfoque que se aplicar\u00e1 en nuestra instituci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Presentacio\u0301n Financiacio\u0301n SUE y UTP   2025 V2\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FK66Q6EbU60?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
